Working with the New Mexico Public Education Department, Comprehensive Center 13 @ WestEd co-led a principal evaluation design team in 2022-23. The design team reviewed principal and superintendent data on principal evaluation design, and then created a new principal evaluation approach tailored to New Mexico educators.
